Dina M. Corigliano is a Partner in Jeffries & Corigliano, LLP. Since 1999, Ms. Corigliano has successfully assisted hundreds of clients in immigrating to the U.S. through a number of strategies that included EB1/NIW, HPSA, H1B, O-1, E1 and E2, J-1 waivers (IGA, HHS and Hardship/Persecution), extenuating circumstances transfers for J-1 physicians, and other immigrant and nonimmigrant options. She has expertise with Extraordinary Ability and National interest petitions for professionals, with a focus on physicians, and currently assists clients in creating long term strategies for immigration. In addition, Ms. Corigliano trains and supervises the staff of J&C attorneys and paralegals as they compile client applications. In 1994, Ms. Corigliano earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from St. Johns University graduating Magna Cum Laude. She continued her education at Hofstra University Law School, where she earned a Juris Doctorate degree in 1998. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association.
